the young ladys

hi all

last week i went to phew again and i do not know what to think as friends there is alot of young ladys now i do not have any issues about them been care givers as we might go clubbing only dreaming but where i do see a slight issue is where its more personal care and the disabled guest knows about there body this part i feel for the younger lady is not a task for a lady to deal with and there is no men yet at all just younger ladys and we only had one older lady on all week who i may add had to give up her off shift life to do an extra day with the younger ladys things are not to good at phew at this time with younger ladys

and could they improve on the young ladys yes have more older ones on shift not depend on just folk who are like school age and in there first day on the roll we had this happen also on the sunday she was nice but she said to me what wood you like to do at phew i felt like saying talk to less strangers as all that visit young ladys and its not good if you need restroom support to ask a young lady i wood not do this as its personal i think phew need to come up with a plan to have a mix of young ladys and older ladys on shift

buy the wednesday of that week i told the older lady i wished phew had a counciler coming in today as it gave me alot of personal feelings towards young ladys and trusting them to do care which is not easy when you are blind as when i am there i go with there voices as i can not see there faces wich i found impossible to do was go buy there voice buy luck the older lady could do all my care on the wednesday which made it slightly easyer on me and we never got found out what me and her had arranged on the sunday evening as we looked at the rota to our amazement yes all strangers and young ladys apart from one marry on the monday evening but the rota does need serious work to improve it i never felt well at all in that visit it was quight stress full in parts and the 2 groups of guests i was in with was horrible if i can use that word loud was not the right word screaming 24 hours a day in my bed you could hear them as well

so i have came home from friday all i have did was sleep so far there has not been a day i have not went back to bed yet from getting home and even mum said i am to quiet yes i am only starting to know what it feels like to be in the house again i enjoy going it has problems with the guests who you might be in with infact my named person is going to judge the next set of guests i am in with as she said it is not fare on me to keep getting loud groups i had a banging seven day headake

and to add to this i think i had a seizure on sunday evening as it took 2 night shift to stop me from hitting out as i was trying to hit out wich is not like me and i could not stop shaking and this loud guest was still trying to talk to me and the night shift told him to keep his mouth shut but he wood not leave me alone mum said do you want to go a holiday and she can cancel my next trip but the thing mum is not understanding at all when i was talking to marry on the monday marry said they are looking for guests to come and not to cancel if possible as of corse they have lost cash and can no longer hold events at this time to gain cash back loise was hoping to get payed off but as i said to my self they wood only pay off if they could not offer short breaks and that is not forth coming i do not think kara was there to some her up she is an arse as she gave me my tablets but put the cup some where i could not find it

does she even know i am blind arse hole that is what i call her  i have never met some one like her
