Hi all

I want to talk about the changes to staff on this post at my only service that I have

Now with all the recent changes in staff it’s a wonder that place is still running but it effects user friendships with staff a lot and this is another way of looking at this now who is going to end up doing my care a weardo I do not even know in my life

Its ment to be so that family can go away and know we are safe but friends the question are we safe with all the staff keeping moving on and on as I said to one of my friends I feel nervice to come in and she said the place is full of them ok how menny have they took on a lot buy the sounds of it and that does not look smart for current users

    HI Jamie, I am really sorry this is upsetting you a bit. It does seem like they need to get a grip on things there at Phew and train people properly. I hope that some of the staff that you know and like will be there, too, so you will feel comfortable with private things. Let's keep praying for a change there and that you will feel at ease. the young ladys

hi all last week i went to phew again and i do not know what to think as friends there is alot of young ladys now i do not have any issues about them been care givers as we might go clubbing only dreaming but where i do see a slight issue is where its more personal care and the disabled guest knows about there body this part i feel for the younger lady is not a task for a lady to deal with and there is no men yet at all just younger ladys and we only had one older lady on all week who i may add had to give up her off shift life to do an extra day with the younger ladys things are not to good at phew at this time with younger ladys and could they improve on the young ladys yes have more older ones on shift not depend on just folk who are like school age and in there first day on the roll we had this happen also on the sunday she was nice but she said to me what wood you like to do at phew i felt like saying talk to less strangers as all that visit young ladys and its not good if you nee...

hi all sunday supper will be chicken and potatoes it will be lovely as its another nice day but its cool again its not sunny you wood not sit out in it i am not doing to bad for this sunday
