I know its been another while since I did the last update but today I need to ask my self why about the following matter and I need to put a post on here about this as I feel quight a shamed of this

And after I put this post I will email them to ask them why

Now as some of you know rnib which is for the blind has been doing a project to improve the sound on there audio books for online access well I came across one wich I wood of red today as I only found it today Monday but friends the sound is all crackley and you can harly hear it as a result of the crack sound its like a 45 record that some of the old people had for music before cds and download was even around so if rnib think that is them improving the sound to me its far from it and once I blog this I will be sharing my view with them as after all they have got the right to know our weather is very dill and it has been grey all morning so I do not know if it will rain later on and I do not mind as I have got nothing on and do plan to be here all day sitting online and doing letters and looking up cites the best one for me this month is ebay or gum tree now you should see the things that people cell online its unreal and its good to read

hi all last week i went to phew again and i do not know what to think as friends there is alot of young ladys now i do not have any issues about them been care givers as we might go clubbing only dreaming but where i do see a slight issue is where its more personal care and the disabled guest knows about there body this part i feel for the younger lady is not a task for a lady to deal with and there is no men yet at all just younger ladys and we only had one older lady on all week who i may add had to give up her off shift life to do an extra day with the younger ladys things are not to good at phew at this time with younger ladys and could they improve on the young ladys yes have more older ones on shift not depend on just folk who are like school age and in there first day on the roll we had this happen also on the sunday she was nice but she said to me what wood you like to do at phew i felt like saying talk to less strangers as all that visit young ladys and its not good if you nee...

hi all sunday supper will be chicken and potatoes it will be lovely as its another nice day but its cool again its not sunny you wood not sit out in it i am not doing to bad for this sunday
