hi all

i thought i wood post here as i was going to make a sub group but i can not be arsed to do this for some weard reason arsed is scottish for can not be cared and really that is how i feel but for some weard reason i can type on here i like the word for free speach as i think free speach as its cool as free speach you can express how you feel as free speach is what every one should have but in some cultures free speach is not welcomed i think india has an issue with free speach and some other places but in scotland i can talk freely and in scotland it is really cold just now and i hope the coming months are better weather than this

as i think my blog will grow if not better weather as this is only the end of jan and nearly every day wet so far shame as i wanted to live some where hot but not to hot if you know what i mean its sort of weard how i think i am sorry if my wrighting is not christian as i like talking about my feelings on this blog as i went to counciling it did help but i can not go back as it was in england and scotland is that shight with cash you could sing for scotland for years to wait on the cash that is how i will not apply for more support at home as i will sing first for years before the cash wood come i might even be dead buy the time they wood pay out i am not telling my current support that one as they are saying just call case workers now when you call them they treat you as if you are asking for gold and they do never follow it up and you get very pist you want to scream at them i call them pen pushers very good at sitting in a office doing paper work and drinking coffee as they never show at the respite reviews and i did learn something on the last visit the boys want the reviews did 2 times a year if i mind my school used to do that and i can not see what respite are doing as it should be the same but respite will make up there own rules

saturday our weather is still pissing and to add to it we had a touch of wind last night friday so i do not know what our weather will do next on monday the papers say there is a storm i hope not again as all the storms are quight scarry so far and each have a name for some reason they should name one dancer as that wood be a laugh as a stormnamed dancer wood suit scotland just now and i could get use to blogging again as i am enjoying just sitting here rocking on my blog and talking about blogging tobie in funchal was saying they are making plans for the chinky flue if it comes to funchal the issue is with there there are that menny crews ships coming in to there daily you could have chinese people on them my first thoughts on this was the word bastard as i hope it does not go near portugal but i think i was looking at a cite it says italy has got a case as there is that much talk online about this flue i could be lost as i think this flue type is a new flue touch wood i have not had the flue this year so far but last week i was hot and feeling sore but see that heat in respite it can make you feel as if you are going to get a bug as its not healthy at all i went on an activety and my balance just went on the tuesday and i thought i was going to pass out as you go out that building and its a normal temp but when you go back in its like as if you swet and your close are soaking every now than again on visits even marry one of the care givers says one part of the building is cool then you walk in to some room and its bloody roasting and its the design of the place i blame the streeming heat i even had my room window open at night with very little change to the heat

i know i should not blog about my health but only this once i will do this as i think i had a touch of a bug last week as i went to poo at nearly 11 o’clock at night and that is also strange as i think that heat was to blame for this as well buy luck we have night shift so they can allways support me if its urgent like this was and i did not have a sore tummy but it was something strange for sure as you do not normally do that at 11 at night go to the toilet for the toilet when i go in march i will keep a small eye on that heat as it might be giving me side effects strange ones as on the wednesday i went to bed then had a small fit and it was a dizzy one at that but buy luck i could tell one of the staff he did not feel well some one who i can talk to about not feeling well her name is loise who does do her job of caring and infact it was her it got me for the toilet when i think about it on the thursday

that heat wood make you vomit up food as well at times as its like a vomitish heat i mind one visit i was sitting with a rocky tummy all day as a result of that dam heat its not like your house heat its set at one temp all the time thanks to michael i learned this he is the handy man who fixes items

and i mind i came home one friday and half way in the night i vomited for real but i am not sure if i had eating something uncooked when i say i vomited for real i fired up all that days food yuck
