phews good staff who have left and about anxiety and phews units where we stay and about blogging

Hi all

We have lost a lot of good staff at phew and since that time phew has not felt the same staff who knew the job and the roll of respite up to now I feel that no one can replace them at all no matter what they even try in june if it takes place and I have every resurance it will be june as what kathleen will not tell mum is this she is saying it could change but I bet it does not and I will put this reasoning here as I trust my reader of the blog now I am not making lys up I wood never do this at all

Its not like the board of higher than helen to speak about guests at all or to have a view on us using the building at all so some one has came to talk to them seriousley or make a complaint about the contract directly to them wich maybe they have been there for another reason and saw we have no guests that are about as they do not allways sit up the stairs in less they are making a serious choice on the building we had a floor once it was a state and one day this man came from no where paul one of the members of the board and stated to one of the staff see that floor it has to go a few month later one Friday morning father came to pick me up and saw this huge wooden floor and said to drina what are you doing with they boxes and she said I have been told I need to lay a new floor in the building as all the guests were going home she could do it

That is how I know kathleen is only telling mum half of the true story as no one from the board wrights to the familys at all in less they wish cash just a small bit or in this case they are going to start a service

Back to what I was saying about the good staff we had one called roberta who I very much miss she had to leave as a result of health reasons but I miss her as she could kope in lots of stressful seens and do something to stop the events from getting a lot worse like one day I was feeling very stressed at the start of her shift and I told her why and she managed to take me out of the unit as she was going to ask admin a question and she did not give a shit who wanted her as she could tell I was agitated been in the units can be quight stressful at times as you could hear some one scream with the room door shut even and that is another reason why I want to speak to the x manager as I am wondering this if she can state in my duff support plan for some one to take me out of the events of the units at times to a quieter room apart from my bedroom as you can still hear them scream and it rings in my ears for hours after it and I do not want to be deff

That is a trisha job this one who also left but I pay a bill for this as its not free so if I want to go out of the unit that is my choice but as I take seizures I can not be left my self so lets say vicki was on and it got to much she wood take me out of the unit if it got to much

I even want to go out of the unit when I wish to use the restroom at times for something private which I got told staff can not do that is lys as again that is my choice where I do that

No wonder I have anxiety and some days its worse than others I could sit here to talk in words all day

But I do not wish to make this post to long I love blogging now it helps me a great deal
